What is High Performance B2B Pro?
A commercial WooCommerce extension for retail, wholesale and mixed stores. It combines customer loyalty, recommendations, promotions, pricing and stock tools with bulk ordering and company purchasing.
Can I use it for a B2C retail store?
Yes. Retail uses include points, digital wallets, gift cards, favourites, product recommendations, birthday coupons and targeted promotions. You can enable the tools your store needs without enabling company purchasing.
Can retail and trade customers use the same store?
Yes. Use customer roles to configure prices, volume tiers, catalog access and buying rules. For example, keep retail prices public and give approved trade customers a different price structure.
What about a B2B2C or B2C2B business model?
The toolkit supports mixed audiences, configurable registration and role-aware buying rules. The right setup depends on who buys, who approves and which company owns each relationship. Describe your workflow so we can help check the fit.
Do I need WooCommerce?
Yes. Pro extends an existing WordPress and WooCommerce installation; it is not a separate hosted store.

How does it work in practice?
Do I have to enable everything?
No. Start with a specific need and configure the relevant tools. AI, advanced company purchasing and integrations need their own setup and dependencies.
Can I see the real plugin before buying?

Does it work with Cart and Checkout Blocks?
The product supports classic WooCommerce flows and key Store API buying-rule validation for Blocks. Test your theme, payment methods, cache and chosen feature combination in your own environment. Read the compatibility guidance.
Will AI change product information automatically?
Manual enrichment lets you review source-backed suggestions and select fields to apply. Automatic enrichment is separately configured. AI order drafting keeps a human review step before proceeding. Providers may have separate usage costs.
Does it connect automatically to every ERP or CRM?
No universal connection is assumed. Pro provides integration foundations, APIs and signed webhooks. Your partner system requires a compatible adapter and configuration. Read the integration details.
Where do I find instructions?

PLANS & LICENSES
What do the plans include?
Are features different between Single, Pro and Agency?
No. All paid plans include the complete High Performance B2B Pro toolkit. Single allows one active site, Pro up to five and Agency up to 1,000.
Is the five-site Pro plan required for B2C features?
No. “Pro” names both the paid product and the five-site plan. Retail features are included in Single, Pro and Agency.
How long is the license valid?
Plans are sold annually and include protected updates during the active license term. Consult the pricing page and purchase terms for current conditions.
How do I receive my license?
Once payment is confirmed, the license system issues the selected entitlement securely. Retrieve your license information from your customer account.
Can I move an activation to another site?
Licenses support controlled activation and deactivation. Deactivate the old installation before using that seat elsewhere.
Is there a free Lite edition?
Yes. Lite covers a foundation for wholesale pricing, registration, approvals, quantity rules and catalog controls. Pro adds the complete advanced toolkit. Check the edition-specific documentation before choosing.
