AI and integrations
Pro 1.4.3
AI product enrichment
In Pro 1.4.2+, enable the feature and open HPB2B → AI products. Search by SKU or barcode, inspect cited source material and the suggested fields, then export or apply selected fields. Image import needs its own opt-in setting. Automatic enrichment uses a one-product-at-a-time cursor, daily cap and refresh interval; review the selected fields and a staging sample before scheduling it.
AI PO Autopilot
Under HPB2B → Bulk ordering → AI text orders, choose one provider: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, DeepSeek or xAI Grok. Configure its key and model, allowed companies and buyer permissions. The selected provider alone receives submitted order text; an invalid provider does not silently fall back to another.
Buyers create reviewable drafts from pasted text or validated TXT/CSV files. DOCX extraction requires local extensions; PDF extraction requires an optional safe local parser. Unsupported extraction fails visibly. Drafts retain company context, have bounded retention, and may become an approval only when Purchase Approvals is enabled. Do not include unnecessary personal or sensitive data in an order draft.
ERP, PIM, CRM, PunchOut and EDI
The integrations foundation provides external identifiers, versioned messages, signed webhooks, bounded workers and retries under /wp-json/hpb2b/v1. An external system needs an audited, partner-specific adapter; enabling the module alone is not universal ERP connectivity.
PunchOut uses authenticated partners, one-use cXML sessions and an allowlisted return. EDI provides bounded CSV/X12 adapters. Configure HTTPS origins, signatures, partner credentials and replay identifiers. Keep secrets outside documentation, support exports and logs. Test duplicate deliveries, timeouts and recovery on staging.
