If High Performance B2B is not a good fit, contact Open a support ticket within 30 days of purchase. Include the order number, the purchaser email address and a short explanation so we can identify the order and help quickly.

Digital delivery and activation

High Performance B2B is a digital product delivered electronically. Refund eligibility may depend on whether the software has been downloaded, whether a license has been activated, how the product has been used and any mandatory rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

When we can help

We will review requests made in good faith, including cases involving duplicate purchases, material product defects that we cannot remedy, or a significant mismatch between the purchased product and its published description.

Situations normally not eligible

• Requests made after the 30-day window, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
• Failure to meet published WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP or HTTPS requirements.
• Conflicts caused by unsupported, obsolete or substantially modified third-party software when the product itself works as described.
• Requests based only on a change of mind after substantial download, activation or use, where applicable law permits refusal.
• Services or renewal periods already fully delivered.

Before requesting a refund

Many setup problems can be resolved quickly. Please describe the issue and provide non-sensitive diagnostic details. Never send passwords, payment card data, private keys or administrator credentials by email.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution. Associated licenses may be revoked when a refund is completed.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits statutory rights that cannot legally be waived. If the rules where you live provide stronger protection, those rules apply.
